Q. Why does the membership cost?

A. If you break it down our yearly membership ($49.94 yearly) is very low. If you look at it is less then $5.00 a month. Basically the reason for cost and membership is to prevent consigners taking the entire best inventory and for operational costs. It also takes a lot of time to carefully inspect the clothing and get them out on the web for the consumer to enjoy the shopping experience.

Q. How do I become a member?

A. You go to the account page and sign up the cost is $49.94 for the year. We take all major credit cards and PayPal. It's that easy just sign up.

Q. Is there any extra cost besides membership?

A. Yes there is, you pay shipping.

Q. Why is it when I go to check out, the item that I picked is no longer available?

A. Just because it's in your shopping cart does not mean that it is not yours. Not until check out is completed is the item yours.

Q. Is there a location that I can drop off and pick up?

A. As of right now there is not.

Q. Will there be a location for drop off and pick up in the future?

A. There will be certain days that we will have a location and time to pick up and drop off it will be announced later. For those who cannot get on this deal will receive a promotional code to help with shipping costs.

Q. What if I sign up for a membership and I don't like it?

A. Contact us and see what we can do to better serve you. Remember, it takes members to send items in that you would enjoy. However if there is a size that you see that is lacking in the inventory please send customer service an email and we will try to expand on that size by sending out requests to members of needing that size and run promotions if they send in clothes of that size.
